Good to know before launch

How is Grio different from a food tracker?

The core is the coaching relationship. Grio is built to notice context and suggest the next useful action instead of waiting for perfect manual logging.

Can I get the app immediately after joining?

Not yet. Grio is in a pre-soft-launch waitlist stage. Early testing and App Store links will be shared gradually.

Is Apple Health required?

No. Apple Health can improve energy context when permission is granted, but Grio must keep working through rituals, manual entries, and user-provided records.

Does Grio provide medical advice?

No. Grio is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or monitor emergencies. It is a general wellness and weight-management coaching product.
